Dato Seri He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Maxillofacial Surgery and is the Board Certified by the American board of Cosmetic Surgery, sub specializing in Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Some of his other interests include cleft lip and palate correction, oral cancer, correction of jaw deformities and tumours of the salivary glands. He has presented several papers in international meetings and written chapters on:-
In April 2006, he was an invited speaker at The International College of Surgeons meeting held in Singapore on Oriental Rhinoplasty and Craniofacial Implants. In 2000, he was awarded a Gold Medal by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in recognition of his contribution to Maxillofacial Surgery in South East Asia. He is a Visiting Consultant to The Ministry of Health, Brunei Darussalam in The Department of Maxillofacial and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Currently, he is also Adjunct Associate Professor to the National University of Singapore. He commenced his private practice at Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre in 2003. He now practices with Dr S. Kandiah, Senior Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Kandiah Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Centre, 142, Jalan Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur. He has practicing privileges at Gleneagles Intan Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre, Subang Jaya Medical Centre and Prince Court Medical Centre.

Dr N.Ravindranathan is a graduate of St Georges Hospital Medical School, University of London graduating in June 1982. He is fully registered with The Medical Council of United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia. After obtaining his medical qualification he underwent further surgical training in United Kingdom. He later pursued a subspecialty interest in Craniomaxillofacial Trauma at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions in USA.
