This information, combined with health assessment by our Family Physician, a certified Nutrigenomics Practioner, can be used to adjust diet, exercise and lifestyle choices to suit a person's unique set of genes, thereby improving both their health and fitness.

- Patient is advised to fast one hour prior to the appointment for the test. The test is done using mouth-swab method.
