Responsibilities:

• Managing all enquiries and sales at the Pharmacy Division
• Attending to enquiries by customers or patients
• Performing basic clerical and administrative duties
• Performing ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Computer literate (Microsoft Access, Word and Excel)
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• Possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all level of people
• Pleasant and friendly personality with good telephone etiquette
• Customer oriented and high level of initiatives
